"solid bat, happy with it"
i ordered a bat from easton.com and it’s been really good so far. the weight feels right, the grip is comfortable, and it’s held up well after a few games. shipping was fine, just not super quick. overall i’m happy with the purchase, though i do wish it had been a little cheaper.

I ordered from easton.com during a promo, the discount made a big difference. Some of the gear was cheaper than what I’d seen in a couple of local stores — so that was a nice surprise.

Checkout was simple enough, but browsing the sale section took a little patience. A few things I clicked on were already out of stock, which was kind of annoying, especially when the deal looked good.

Shipping went fine, and the promo code worked without any trouble. Overall, I’d order again, I just wish the sale items had more sizes available...

"The fit just didn’t work for me"
I really wanted to like these, but the fit was way off on me. They felt uncomfortable quickly, and the sizing just seemed odd compared to what I usually wear. Unfortunately, they didn’t work out for me...

I ordered from Easton and actually used their size chart, measured myself, double-checked the numbers, compared it to stuff I already own, all that. Even after doing all of that, the fit was still way off. It came in much tighter than expected, like not just a little snug, but more like I ordered the wrong size entirely.

It was frustrating because you wait for it to show up, plan to use it, maybe for practice, a game, or just to have it ready, and then it doesn’t fit at all. Now I don’t really trust their sizing, so I’d be hesitant to order again unless I could try it on first or see a lot more reviews.

"Easy to use compared to other sites"
I was looking for a new bat on easton.com, and it was a smooth experience. Compared to some other sports gear sites I’ve used, this one felt a lot easier to navigate. "Customer service wasn’t much help"
I tried getting help with an issue on my order, but the replies I got were super short and didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like they just wanted me to go away instead of actually fixing the problem. Frustrating, and definitely not what I expected.

"Works when it wants, then cracked"
I bought this from easton.com i’m disappointed. It felt fine at first, but after only a few games it already has a crack. Some days it seemed to perform okay, other times it felt like it only worked when it wanted to. For the price, I really expected it to hold up a lot longer. Durability is definitely not great.

"Checkout was a bit frustrating"
I tried ordering from easton.com, and the checkout kept lagging on me. I had to re-enter my info a couple times, well, maybe more than a couple, and it got annoying. The payment did finally go through, but it took way longer than it should have. not the smoothest experience.

"To be fair, the items did make..."
To be fair, the items did make it to me, but I was disappointed with how the package showed up. The box was thin, crushed on one side, and the tape was already peeling off. Everything inside was sliding around because there was barely any padding. For the price, I really expected it to be packed with a lot more care

"Everything I Wanted Was Sold Out"
I went in ready to grab a few things, but of course, everything I actually wanted was sold out. It’s getting a little frustrating because I don’t want to keep checking back over and over just to maybe find it in stock.

"Decent deal, but communication could be clearer"
Overall, the stuff was good for the price and the shipping was okay. I do wish there had been a little more of a discount, though. The only thing that really annoyed me was that some of the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what to expect

"Wrong bat showed up, and now I’m not sure I’d order again"
I ordered two bats and one of them showed up as the wrong model. Mistakes happen, but support took a while to get back to me, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s hard to feel confident ordering again when something that basic gets messed up and the follow-up isn’t quick.

"Return process was more annoying than expected"
I’ll admit I ordered the wrong size, so that part’s on me, but the return still felt like way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Support took a while to get back to me, and now it’s been about a week and I still don’t see the refund showing up. I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but it’s frustrating when the process drags out like this.

"Looks better in the pictures"
I feel like I got talked into this by the photos on easton.com. They made it look really clean and nicer than it actually is, so I figured I was making a safe choice.

When it showed up, though, the color and finish just didn’t match what I thought I was buying. In person it looked cheaper, and the little details weren’t nearly as clear as they seemed in the pictures.
It’s not the worst product ever, but it definitely left me feeling disappointed, like I should’ve known better. I’d be careful trusting the pictures too much because they made it look a lot better than what I got.

"Shipping took too long"
Ordered from easton.com and expected it to ship faster. It didn’t. Tracking just sat there for days.

The item was fine when it finally showed up. Shipping was the annoying part. Not awful, but I wouldn’t order if I needed it fast.
